hhbb Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hhbb ("hhbb", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hhbb platform, including all games, features, payment services, and associated content available at https://hhbb.ws (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by hhbb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and account holders of the hhbb Platform. They supplement and do not replace any additional terms specific to individual promotions, game rules, or payment methods, which will be communicated separately where applicable.

To register an account and use the hhbb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using any service on the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of hhbb or any of its affiliated entities or game suppliers.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hhbb or had your account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

hhbb reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during an account's lifetime. Where verification cannot be completed to hhbb's satisfaction, hhbb may suspend or terminate the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

To access the full range of services on the hhbb Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. You may only hold one account per person. Registering more than one account is a violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number registered in your name, which will be used for verification, two-factor authentication, and payment processing.
• A valid email address that you actively monitor, to which account communications will be sent.

hhbb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — prior to processing your first withdrawal or at any time hhbb deems such verification necessary.

hhbb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh's mobile financial service providers. The currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. hhbb does not accept credit card payments, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions.

The following minimum and processing terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hhbb reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payment transactions are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• Deposits are credited to your hhbb account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. hhbb is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing time or network outages.

hhbb reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

Funds deposited into your hhbb account are held in your account for the purposes of gaming activity only. hhbb does not pay interest on account balances. In the event of account closure, remaining balances following any applicable deductions will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

hhbb offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms communicated at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by hhbb, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• hhbb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering commitments already entered into by a player in good faith will be honoured.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, using automated betting strategies, or hedging bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game or game category only, and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion's terms. Unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another game.

hhbb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we provide a suite of tools to help players manage their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated via your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly): Restrict the maximum amount you can deposit within a set period. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases take effect only after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified length of time, helping you stay aware of your gaming duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 30 days). During a cooling-off period your account remains accessible for withdrawals but not for deposits or gameplay.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hhbb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using a different identity, address, device, or payment method.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a game or sporting event.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits, or using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Exploiting any software error, technical fault, or security vulnerability on the Platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be deducted from your account balance.

hhbb actively monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, hhbb will act swiftly, without prior warning in cases where delay could result in further harm to the Platform or other players.

hhbb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hhbb has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player's account is being used fraudulently or for any prohibited purpose; (c) the player is no longer eligible to use the Platform; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to hhbb, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is suspended for investigative purposes, hhbb will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the account holder. Where suspension results in permanent termination, hhbb will provide written notice stating the grounds for termination.

Players may voluntarily close their hhbb account at any time by contacting the support team. Following account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided the account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.

All content on the hhbb Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of hhbb or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hhbb.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhbb, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings or expected profits; loss of data; business interruption; or any other commercial damages or losses.

hhbb does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hhbb makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Platform for any particular purpose.

hhbb collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and hhbb.

hhbb does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to fulfil the services offered on the Platform (for example, with payment processors to complete transactions) or where required by applicable law. hhbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, hhbb will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and hhbb, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. hhbb is committed to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to working in good faith towards a fair resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the procedures available under applicable law.
